There are in-person and virtual options below for the GACAR Town Hall on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) announced on Friday, March 15th, 2024, an agreement that would end litigation of claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions. The agreement would resolve claims against NAR, over one million NAR members, all state/territorial and local REALTOR® associations, all association-owned MLSs, and all brokerages with an NAR member as principal that had a residential transaction volume in 2022 of $2 billion or below.

Join us in person to watch the Florida Realtors (FR) webinar at GACAR beginning at 1pm and then participate in the Town Hall with John Roscow - GACAR Attorney and Executive Members of the Board, beginning after the FR webinar (at approximately 2:45pm).

Watch the Florida Realtors (FR) webinar at your location beginning at 1pm and then tune in to the GACAR Town Hall via Zoom, immediately following. This option requires two separate registrations; one for the FR webinar and one for the GACAR Town Hall webinar.
