We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to process all membership requests in a timely manner.
Primary Realtor (AGENT) Membership
This membership is for Agents/Sale Associates that wish to pay State, Local and National dues through GACAR, making GACAR your Primary Board. If you already pay State, Local and National dues through another Board, your selection of membership should be the Secondary Realtor (AGENT) Membership.
NOTE: To be onboarded as a Primary OR Secondary Agent with GACAR, your Broker MUST be a Member of GACAR BEFORE you as an Agent can become a Member.
Those Agents applying for membership where the Broker/Office is a not a current GACAR Member, will be denied membership.
Once Broker/Office is onboarded, Agent can then re-apply for membership.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual Realtor® dues (January – December 31) processed through GACAR.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- To avoid a delay in the application process, please select both PRIMARY REALTOR and MLS AGENT memberships when applying.
Secondary Realtor (AGENT) Membership
This membership is for Agents/Sale Associates that already pay State, Local and National dues to another Board other than GACAR. If you don’t already pay State, Local and National dues through another Board, your selection of membership should be Primary Realtor (AGENT) Membership.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual GACAR dues (January – December 31) processed through GACAR.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- To avoid a delay in the application process, please select both SECONDARY REALTOR and MLS AGENT memberships when applying.
- A Letter of Good Standing is REQUIRED to apply for any Secondary Membership(s). Application will be DENIED if a Letter of Good Standing is not included with your application.
Designated Realtor (BROKER) Membership
This membership is for Qualifying Brokers that elect to pay State, Local and National dues through GACAR, making GACAR your Primary Board. If you already pay State, Local and National dues through another Board, your selection of membership should be the SECONDARY DESIGNATED REALTOR (Broker) Membership.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual Local, State and National Realtor® dues (January – December 31) processed through GACAR.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- To avoid a delay in the application process, please select both DESIGNATED REALTOR (BROKER) and MLS memberships when applying.
Secondary Designated Realtor (BROKER) Membership
This membership is for Qualifying Brokers that already pay State, Local and National dues to another Board other than GACAR. If you don’t already pay State, Local and National dues through another Board, your selection of membership should be DESIGNATED REALTOR (Broker) Membership.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual GACAR (local) dues (January – December 31) processed through GACAR.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- To avoid a delay in the application process, please select both SECONDARY BROKER and MLS memberships when applying.
MLS Only (BROKER/Participant) Membership
This membership is for Brokers AND Licensed Real Estate Appraisers (considered “Qualifying Broker” of the Firm).
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- Please include the following REQUIRED items with your completed application:
- A Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Board/Association.
- A copy of your current license with DBPR.
MLS Only (AGENT/Subscriber) Membership
This membership is for Agents/Sales Associates requesting access to GACAR’s multiple listing service (MLS) – Stellar. Your Broker must be a Member of GACAR BEFORE you can apply for MLS Only Membership. Once your Broker becomes a GACAR Member, you will then be able to submit your application for consideration. Please check with your Qualifying Broker before applying.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR and Stellar MLS set-up fees must be paid in full.
- Annual Stellar MLS dues (June 1 – May 31) billed by and paid directly to Stellar MLS.
- Please include the following REQUIRED items with your completed application:
- A Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Board/Association.
- A copy of your current license with DBPR.
Unlicensed Assistant/User Membership
This membership is for Assistants of an Office that are UNLICENSED, showing INACTIVE in DBPR. Membership requires the Assistant/User to show as UNLICENSED in DBPR BEFORE applying for this membership category.
- At the time your application is approved, initial Stellar MLS Set-up Fees must be PAID IN FULL to GACAR.
- Annual Stellar MLS Assistants/User MLS dues (Oct. 1 to Sept. 30) will be billed to the Broker and paid directly to Stellar MLS. To avoid interruption of service, the balance due at onboarding must be paid to Stellar MLS within 30-days of their onboarding.
If the Assistant/User is in need of Supra eKey access, please indicate on the application. Supra eKey activation information will be sent under separate cover once the Assistant/User is onboarded with GACAR.
Business Partner Membership
This membership is for Non-Realtor professionals interested in working with GACAR and its Members.
- Enjoy networking and sponsorship opportunities with access to GACAR’s Realtor® Members and other Business Partners.
- Primary contact must initiate the application. Additional Secondary Business Partners can be added once the Primary has joined. Additional fees apply.
- At the time your application is approved, initial GACAR fees must be paid in full.
- Annual GACAR dues (January – December 31) for Primary and Secondary Business Partners are billed annually and processed through GACAR.
